cooie bissbe! hehe. was a great nite! if i had more money, id come home from uni more often! was gud to go out with the gang and meet shaun and mike :p im home next 1st march, and cant wait :D plus cant wait till sat wen u come up 2 visit. will tidy room 4 ya specially lol. got air bed and pillows, so u just need 2 bring towel and sleeping bag. im draggin ya 2 morrisons btw. plus, just been told the flat is havin a poker nite sat nite. up 4 it? dont worry, we play with chips, not real money lol

idea.....u can bring up sum cookies up wen u come visit me :p. ill take ya out this time. dont care if im poor. miss going out with ma girlies :'( bring sum sun shine with ya well like last time. just dont fall asleep on train - they changed the route. it now goes 2 edinbourgh rather than glasgow, so not only r u too north, ur on the wrong side of the country :s lol

Used in refernece to anything that is not being used properly or fully. Such as a public work of art paid for by tax payers or some daft public building etc.

Don't know where i picked it up from but I have heard other people use it.

Must be a popular saying as there is a sign for it HaHa.
