This is just a quick blog, basically saying nothing becasue i will not let this rest till i have made sure that i do not have more than 13 posts ! It is very unlucky.... or so ive been told

I got my warrant at long last! I am now a legal offincial wrannated girl guide leader yay... we may just forget that i have been running it with Ann for over a year now. On that note two other things that were also given to us today was the certificate for the guide pack and also Ann's 5 year service badge.

I was in college the other day trying to get some images for my college work when i came across an old book (from 1976) of symbols for graphic designers of the time.
The first game is as follows;
Try and guess what the first symbols mean/what they are for. The answers are at the bottom of the blog!

These are just a few added on at the bottom, simply as im not sure why anyone would use these!

1. 'men and women allowed' sign

Under the heading crime i found....

2. 'women being stabbed sysmbol' note... when stabbing a female hold on to arm!

3. 'stabbed symbol' if stabbed you have to do a dance!

4. note, that the guy who got run over is a giant compared to the car and that he also lost his hat!

I'll get it over with quickly... The Bell has been sold!

It has been sold to 'Enterprise' apparently a chain that offered them a rediculas amount for the pub. So, its going to chance really ,if not by apperance but by the fact that Paul and Judith are leaving as well. They are leaving the pub at the end of January, so thats not long if you want to go before it 'probally' changes. Anyway the next people to run it might be ok, i suppose...

End of an era for the 'The Bell', bear in mind we might have to find another place to drink/eat!!!

Now it cant be that last year i loved art and did a hell of a lot of work simply to get two Bs (which i am very proud of). Looking at the books that i brought back from school, in just one year of work and i did the sum total of 14 books! And i actually really enjoyed doing it.. so doing a art foundation should be fun right??

Not really... yeah the last few weeks before christmas were actually alright, 'cept now i have gone into graphics and have the joys of my original tutor - Neil! Great,

I sat down today to do the joys of christmas work... and all i can hear, as i do something, is him (Neil) moaning that i cant draw people, infact that i cant draw! I keep hearing him... and its making me feel, well, a little un-productive. Everything i do (art wise) i cant help but think 'what the hell is the point!? he is only going to turn round to me and say he hates it or to do something totally different!'

Now i should pull myself together and stop bloddy moaning about it, but seriously i just need to get it out of my system thats all, its probally just the fact thats its new year... sorry
